TOUR DESCRIPTION
Your adventure begins at the iconic Star Ferry Pier #7 in Central Hong Kong, where our friendly guide will be waiting to greet you. After a brief introduction and an engaging story about the history of the Star Ferry—a symbol of Hong Kong’s maritime heritage since 1888—you’ll take a taxi to the next exciting destination.
The first stop on the program is the highest point in Hong Kong—Victoria Peak. From its summit, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the endless urban landscape, the ocean, and lush green mountains. This spot holds historical significance as the location of Hong Kong’s first meteorological station.
To ascend Victoria Peak, we’ll take the historic Peak Tram, which has been serving Hong Kong since 1888. This unique ride offers unparalleled views of the city skyline. At the end of the trip, we’ll visit Sky Terrace, an observation deck at 428 meters, the highest in Hong Kong. From here, you’ll be treated to a magnificent view of the city’s skyscrapers and Victoria Harbour.
Our next stop is St. John’s Cathedral, built in 1849. It is one of the oldest religious buildings in Hong Kong and a beautiful example of neo-Gothic architecture.
We’ll then proceed to the HSBC Building, completed in 1985, a masterpiece of modern architecture and a symbol of Hong Kong’s financial strength.
Next, we’ll visit Queens Road, one of the oldest streets in Hong Kong, which serves as a living testament to the city’s rich history and dynamic development.
After exploring Queens Road, we’ll hop on a double-decker tram, affectionately known as "Ding Ding." This iconic mode of transportation offers a unique way to experience the city’s vibrant atmosphere and streetscapes.
A highlight of our tour will be a visit to the Central Market, built in 1895. This recently restored market blends tradition with modernity, offering visitors unique goods, diverse cuisine, and the charm of old Hong Kong.
Across the street from the market, we’ll find the Mid-Levels Escalator, the world’s longest covered escalator system, stretching over 800 meters. It’s one of Hong Kong’s most unique attractions.
Our final stop is the International Finance Centre (IFC), one of the city’s most iconic skyscrapers and a major financial hub of Asia. Comprising two towers, this complex features office spaces, shopping malls, and stunning views of Victoria Harbour, symbolizing Hong Kong’s economic strength and modernity.
We’ll conclude our tour, filled with incredible experiences and new insights about Hong Kong, at the International Finance Centre (IFC).
We hope you enjoy this unforgettable journey through one of the most unique cities in the world!
